Booking Cancellation Policy

For Relaxed Soul Therapies, effective 28th Oct 2023.

At Relaxed Soul Therapies, we value our clients' time and are committed to providing the best possible service. To ensure the smooth operation of our practice and to accommodate all our clients, we have established the following booking cancellation policy.

1. Cancellation Notice:

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may require you to reschedule or cancel your appointment. We kindly request that you provide us with at least 24 hours' notice for any appointment changes or cancellations. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client in need of our services.

2. Late Cancellations and No-Show Policy:

Appointments that are canceled with less than 24 hours' notice or result in a no-show will be subject to a cancellation fee. The fee is £10 and must be paid before scheduling your next appointment.

3. How to Cancel or Reschedule:

To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us at 07368133326. You may also use our online booking system, if available, to manage your appointments.

4. Exceptions:

We understand that emergencies and unexpected situations can occur. If you have a genuine emergency that prevents you from providing sufficient notice, please contact us as soon as possible. We will evaluate these situations on a case-by-case basis.

5. Refund Policy:

The cancellation fee is non-refundable. It is charged to compensate for the time and resources reserved for your appointment.
